Can I use a male or female voice...or
both?
Absolutely. We have both male and female professional voice talent
on staff to produce your On Hold Messages. You can select from a
variety of voices of either gender or you can utilize both for
your messages.

Can I choose my own background music or
use my custom jingle?
Yes you can. We have a large selection of music beds to choose
from including Jazz, Soft Contemporary, Country and more. Just
tell us the type of music you would like behind your messages
and we can provide a selection of that type of music for you to
choose from. If you have a favorite music track we can utilize
that as well. custom jingles or music beds for your location are
no problem either. We have many clients that utilize a custom
jingle for their On Hold background or a custom music bed that
they use in other media.

How do you deliver my custom messages to
my location?
We install our Proven On Hold Marketing System receiver in your
location. When your custom On Hold production is done, our state of
the art control room will send the finished message directly to your
receiver. We can do this utilizing your internet connection, your
fax line or even your phone lines. Our digital system will guarantee
that your receiver will always be playing your On Hold production
and not your employees favorite CD or Cassette instead.

Does it cost extra to have you help me
with my On Hold production?
Absolutely not! Your personal customer service representative will
remind you via email when it is time to change your On Hold
messages. (Monthly or Quarterly). You can respond with the
products/events/services that you would like to feature. These do
not need to be production ready, we have copy writers on staff that
will prepare the messages for you. Just send us your ideas and we
will send back finished production copy for your approval.
