Next, our digital control room communicates with our dedicated server to then deliver your messages to the digital receiver installed at your location.

What does this mean to you? Simple, our system sounds great to your customers when you place them on hold! Our digital receiver has 64 kbps sampling which assures the highest quality playback of the on-hold message.

Your customized message will be downloaded from our master control room directly to your stores system receiver so the program operates seamlessly. We utilize your current facsimile (fax) telephone line so no special extensions or telephone lines need to be installed. Neither you nor your employees will notice any physical operation of the system, just the benefits of the continuity achieved by this structured program.

By controlling the message delivery, we eliminate the need to have an employee change message tapes or CD’s and you are assured that your On-Hold program is playing rather than the employees’ favorite music or last months message. Should the need arise, our delivery system gives us the ability to change messages for a special event or emergency the same day the production is completed
